1. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of The TIDI ACADEMY, which includes downloadable files and digital access, the program is generally non-refundable. However, if you use our materials and attend classes, and feel that the program does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 1 day of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate proof of usage, such as knowledge of the modules, tools, and weekly sessions. Please note that refunds will not be issued after 1 day of purchase, and reasons such as financial or time constraints are not valid for refunds. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
2. Access and Support
Upon enrollment, you will receive lifetime access to The TIDI ACADEMY from the date of purchase, allowing you to fully implement and benefit from the material. Personal support is provided to all members of our community, and we will assist with setbacks related to our curriculum.
3. Cancellation and No Refund Policy
Your subscription may be canceled without a refund under the following circumstances:
• Fraudulent Activities: This includes, but is not limited to, copying our content, sharing login details with others, or reselling the course.
• Disrespect: Any verbal disrespect towards TIDI ACADEMY team members or community members.
• Inappropriate Behavior: Activities deemed inappropriate by The TIDI ACADEMY Team, such as unsolicited or unprofessional messages.
4. Enrollment Agreement
By enrolling in The TIDI ACADEMY, you acknowledge and accept that implementation and achieving results from the materials are your sole responsibility. We are committed to supporting you as long as the issues are within our curriculum.
5. Login Details
You will receive your login details within 48 hours of purchase. Further information will be provided in your Welcome Kit.
